All individuals with active Helper app accounts are vetted, background checked, and peer-reviewed for the customer’s protection and peace of mind.
All add-ons or custom price quotes added to your initial booking require your approval. Approve by Tapping “Confirm” or “Yes” on your Hallo App prompt.
At Hallo, we believe creating opportunities instead of controlling it. As a two-sided marketplace, supply and demand in your area determines the price trends you see.
We are continuously working on maintaining a balanced ratio of customers to workers in order to keep prices competitive and earnings at higher volumes.

To cover these costs, we use a revenue-share system at 15% automatically charged when you get paid for a job. No out of pocket costs before you start making money. #TuEresElBoss
To keep Hallo Helper profitable and equal for all, we charge customers a $4-5 On-demand Delivery Fee.
